MAKING A BOOKING

If you book through an agent such as the Tourist Board (VisitScotland.com)
please be aware that they retain at least 10% of the full cost of accommodation
as a commission.

Rates quoted by the Tourist Board/VisitScotland tend to be 10% higher than
booking directly with the Burlington.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS
All bookings must be confirmed by payment
of the first night's tariff by
Personal UK cheque or bank transfer
PAYMENT OF BALANCE OF ACCOUNT
Payment can be made by
Cash (£ Sterling or
Euros),
Personal UK Cheques,
Sterling Travellers

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS

In the case of late cancellation (within 7 days of due date of arrival – 14
for groups of 6 or over) or failure to arrive, guests should be aware that
the deposit is not refundable unless we are able to re-let the room.

For this reason, guests are advised to take out holiday insurance to cover
unforeseen circumstances.

If bookings are cancelled giving more than 7 days' notice or when we succeed
in re-letting a room,the deposit will be refunded less a £5 per room
administration charge.
ACCEPTANCE OF DOGS
-
Dogs
are welcome by prior arrangement, but we
charge £5 per night per dog.

We ask that bedding is provided and that dogs are
kept off the furniture in the bedrooms.

Dogs must not be left unaccompanied in
bedrooms.
