Making a Reservation


Please email or telephone us to confirm availability and to receive an exact quote for your planned stay.



Confirmation of Bookings


All reservations must be confirmed by payment of a deposit equal to the first night’s tariff.  If paying a deposit by PayPal, the amount is set at £40 per person regardless of the exact cost of your first night’s accommodation.


Deposits may be paid by credit/debit card via PayPal from our “Pay Deposit Online” menu option above, by UK personal cheque, or by bank transfer.  



Payment of Balance of Account


Upon your departure, payment of the balance of your account may be made by:


Cash (Pounds Sterling or Euros)

UK personal cheque

Sterling travellers cheque


We regret we are not able to accept credit or debit cards, either directly or via PayPal in payment of settlement of account for departing guests.


Cancellation


In the event that you need to cancel your reservation please give us at least seven day’s notice.  For larger groups (six or more persons) a minimum of 14 day’s notice of cancellation is required.


If you need to cancel with less notice than this, or if you fail to arrive, your deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let your room(s).


All refunds will be subject to an administration charge of £10 per room.


All guests are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.


Acceptance of Dogs


Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at a charge of £5 per night, per dog.


Dogs must not be left unattended in the bedrooms.  We ask that you provide bedding for your dog and that dogs are kept off the furniture in the bedrooms.
